I have office hours Mondays through Thursday. My schedule is as follows:

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. I require 36 hours’ notice of cancellation or payment of full session fee is required.
Do you take insurance?

No, but I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have “out of network” benefits.

You can find out about your benefits by calling your insurance company directly and asking them about coverage for outpatient mental health services, OR use the calculator below. I am happy to assist you in this process.

Do you work with Men? Women? Couples? Adolescents?
Although my focus is working with women in transition, I work with both adult women and men, ages 25 – 65. I do not work with adolescents or couples.
What can I expect from therapy with you?

Therapy is your space. It’s time for you to reflect on the past week. You’ll share your concerns, difficulties coping with life stressors, struggles with decisions, and next steps.

I’m here to assist you in figuring it all out, to be that listening ear and ask the questions that get you to focus on your needs and desires.

I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques to help you find greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and peace in your life. We’ll explore the underlying roots of your behaviors, what motivates you, and learn practical skills so that you can live your best possible life.

You’ll discover more effective ways to cope with stress, depression, anger, and anxiety. You will enjoy the benefits of getting ‘unstuck’ from unhealthy patterns, problem solves, and better manage your emotions.

You will become more in tune with your mind/body connection and harness your own power to calm your spirit and experience a greater sense of peace in your life.
