Hi, I’m Robin.
Your journey to healing and well-being is as important to me as it is to you.
I want to hear your story. We will slow things down, giving you time to explore your thoughts and feelings so that you can resolve past wounds; discover who you are today; and live your best, most fulfilling life.
As an active therapist, I will be with you every step of the way. I am what I describe as a ‘working therapist.’ I will offer different perspectives, skills, and tools and challenge you to dig deeper.
I believe in harnessing the power of the body to heal your heart and mind.
Together, through an embodied approach that may include somatic experiencing, meditation, breathwork, and movement, your body will learn balance so that your mind can calm. From this place, you will begin to build the life you want to live.
